    I like this Lloyd.

I pay well above minimum wage to all my staff and I pay Xmas and summer bonus as well which is almost unheard of now but I have been contemplating giving a cost of living bonus such as this.

This has given me the prod I need.

I might reserve it for the ones that actually bothered to thank me for the Xmas bonus though, you’d be amazed at the lack of a thanks from some people.

Nice touch! Those who are loaded who own companies though like Mike Ashley will give sweet f uck all!! Amazon workers will most likely get free Prime with goods chucked over the fence - tight thieving scum bags!

My last boss of 30 years ago ago was brilliant cared so much about his staff and did numerous things over and above. One lad in the stores was witness to his mate getting really badly beaten up by a couple of well known local yobs. He was told if he testified in court he get the same and more. Boss got to hear and paid some proper East End hard men to visit yobs and explain if anything happened to the lad they would be missing a knee cap. At lest one got an extended sentence for GBH. I always ensured my team got a share of any good profits on a job straight into their back pockets as much as I could. And little things like if it was Friday 13th we all finished at lunchtime and I bought lunch and all the beer they could drink. Never cost more than £200 and I got it back 10 fold in goodwill

Not the leaders of mega rich companies like Amazon and Sports Direct though. My latest Amazon delivery almost £300 ( my wife orders to my fury ) was left out in the rain thrown on the paving over the gate - useless t wats! I had great delight in telling them it hadn't turned up and they refunded me immediately and that's how stupid and rich they are!
