Poland & Bulgaria Gas Cut Off

No real surprise and the rest of the EU Countries dither before they are cut off which includes the UK. Italy have signed a deal with Algeria. Every penny sent to Russia is supporting the Putin slaughter machine so we need to pull away quickly.

I really can see this going to WW3 and if that's the case - what will be - will be! Putin needs to be stopped and quickly and the way to do this is stop the oil flow quickly. Also sanctions need to be placed on those who are buying oil from Russia through the back door at cheap prices - India! India can't have it both ways by being in bed with Russia then expect trade from the West! Get tough with them!

Looks like those Ukrainian marines and thousands of civilians will starve to death in Mariupol. Putin really is evil!

Putin will not want to lose and here lies the problem! For sure though, we have to face up to him and get more Russians in the EU/UK to speak out against him! Why are the Oligarchs still here in the UK including Lavrovs step daughter living in a 4 million pound mansion in Kensington? I thought they were on Putin's side!!!

Al....I do believe the mild (ish) winter has helped here.
Summer is almost upon us and I think governments will advance their reduction of Russian energy sooner then currently expected.

Immediately cutting energy from Russia was never an option, frustrating as it may appear. The energy market would possibly have trebled in price by now closing off economic activity globally.

It is the only major economic card Russia can play and has now been forced to play it. Norway's new gas pipeline will help mitigate for Poland.
China is looking a little more nervously at Russia....

What is becoming clear is that Russian power has been over estimated and it's military a lot weaker then expected. It's command strategy has clearly not been updated since the siege of Leningrad.
Says a lot really...China is possibly realizing this now.
But dictators are always slow to change, owing to not having any insight only fear to use on people.

And globally people have had enough of that form of leadership. Breaking point is been reached.
