Usually not the case but it seems most of the allegations that were thrown around about this guy have substance. You only have to watch his post match intreviews to get a feel for the type of character he is. Not a particularly nice one.

Wow, Chesterfield need to be really careful. They forced him to leave the club without anything being proved with him denying the accusation. They then wrote to the FA, without anything being proved or Rowe accepting the accusation and now someone has leaked something to the Press on the matter. This is trial by media not trial by facts. Whether or not Rowe did this is irrelevant without any proof.
