Are they two factions of the same race from the same planet or are they different races from different planets?

If the bad ones are a threat to Earth why would the good ones intervene? They would both be so advanced in comparison to us such that we would not be worth an intervention by the good ones. We would be to them what microbes are to us.

Microbes is a bit of an overstatement. Humans are not microbes we are far more than that, underdeveloped, but gods in our own right. We have Dominion in this world, Dominion means we are in charge, of everything. What we say goes, nothing else even comes close.

In the bible dominion is a gift. What we do with it is another thing. Accruing wealth and power is not what its about. What is it about then?

I am asking you. Its a tough question, and a different answer comes from different people. It is at the root of everything, why we are here, where have we come from, and where are we going.

No one thinks about things like that. Does God have a God, ? or the thing we call God.

Is there a limit to anything? Good v bad seems to be profound, that even our god has an angel of war, Michael, and that even in the upper worlds, war is part of it. As in Ukraine, as the battle for Dominion in this world. Dominion in this case is about freedom, of everything, as opposed to suppression. Freedom has to be fought for, you can never take it for granted.

Im sure aliens are fighting over this planet, as an a outbreak of freedom anywhere has to be defended. And fighting a war that has no end.

My concept of why is that we are fallen beings being taught to be better, and that freedom from suffering and eternal ecstasy is possible. We all know what that feels like. To love and be loved back. Its as simple as that. I get that today, from my dogs. And for a time, from people.

Where do you obtain your information about good and evil aliens?

No, my point is that there is a likely source for his views on religion that a lot of folk regard as credible, though I do not.
Similarly there are credible sources for his views on philosophy and psychology.

What I seek to discover is the source of Frank's views about there being evil aliens that have aspirations for Earth that we would not like and there being good aliens that are inhibiting such aspirations.

The Holy Bible has nothing to say about any living things other than on Earth and in Heaven. Philosophy and psychology similarly have nothing to say about the existence of aliens other than how we may react to such discoveries.
