    Idiot Fans Yesterday!!

Can our supporters not behave? Anyone see this?

West Brom fans accused of 'offending' Hertha Berlin supporters

A pre-season friendly between West Brom and Hertha Berlin was marred by what the Germans considered offensive chants from the Baggies faithful.

As Albion came from behind to beat their Bundesliga opponents on the pitch, a small group of West Brom fans were directing a chant referencing World War Two towards the travelling fans from the continent.

The problem is that all clubs have their 'idiot fringe' and unfortunately we're no exception. What I am disappointed about is that apparently the stewards did little or nothing about it. I'm sure that there would have been some police presence there, albeit limited, and they should have been informed by these stewards as to what was going on. What is the point in having stewards if they do nothing?

Seriously if you had military control you still wont stop it. There will always be SOMEBODY who goes against the grain. Miltary control then turns us into one of the countries we would never want to live in.

    Hardly a full ground.
Am sure they can be identified and banned if proven.

You don't need the military, just inform the normal police and surely they could have dealt with it.

Till the next thing. When you get a crowd of people together you always have the good the bad and the ugly. You cant stop it. Police with batons still deal with abuse in countries. You can't stop it. Its sad but we all know its the truth.

I was at the pre season friendly between Stourbridge and Halesowen the other night, a match which is for a charity.

Abandoned at half time because 100 or more 13-17 year olds on both sides insisted on acting like t w a ts.

To then put a tin lid on proceedings the policemen at the match refused to go abs sort it out stating it was “too dangerous” to do so.

FFS the state of this country, it was a few youth not f u c k I n g “Green Street”.

Yesterday at Albion was equally easy to sort out but everyone in officialdom is scared of their own shadow these days.

It's a really ugly side to the game, utterly moronic when folk have made the effort to come and support their team in a friendly in another country.

Don't mention the war, I mentioned it once but I think I got away with it.

Personally I don't think we should let them forget, not until everyone from that time have gone anyway.
We think Russia is bad but the Germans deliberately exterminated millions of people who they deemed to be inferior to them.
Our own Bomber Boys who suffered more casualties per quota than any other service are treated as war criminals.
Do you think the Germans would have apologised for London, Coventry, Birmingham Liverpool and other cities they flattened if they had won?
People who think this country is racist should be glad that they didn't live in 1930's Germany.

    F uck em all.
