    Dundee FC customer charter

    Annual review......my review.

    1. Accessibility.........fail

    2. Visiting support.....no idea, but ken those carrying Tri colours are treated well.

    3. Loyalty membership......?

    4. Consultation info.......non existent improved to E minus

    5. Community activity......seem to be good at that but not always in the right areas.

    6. Equality........I'm a man don't feel equal.

    7. Customer service 🤣

And why have we got a picture of dfc taking the knee on our website for a corrupt criminal organisation.

    Overall......cud do better.....much better.

    Agree broadly with your review.
My conclusion is a bit more positive. Club is talking to Dee4Life and they have got a better manager. Will do better. In particular I think the ticketing arrangements at Dens are indefensible and they will be much improved even if it means diverting some funds. We have a product, so far, that is much better than recent years so trying to sell more PATG makes a lot of sense.
