This will be another Derby County! Shambolic how different companies can be set up to give an owner layers of protection. For sure the stadium will be protected under another company so will be safe in the event of the football club going bust! If a business goes bust then everything to do with that business directly or indirectly including buildings and warehouses should all come into one! Bit like if Virgin Atlantic were to go bust this should include all buildings, all airport slots and all of the Virgin fleet of aircraft and vehicles! Why should an owner bust the company and walk away with any assets but screw all the creditors!
