I think he will be good for Sunday. He is not a sick note type of player, in fairness to him...

Let's hope it is just a minor injury as we're rapidly running out of options. Didn't see last night's game so can't comment on Cleary's performance. The situation with Zohore is an embarrassment as let's be honest, nobody else wants him, justifiably so! We're stuck with him by the look of it.

Hope you are right Dubbs, I think a confident Grant could be the striker we wanted all along.

Back spasm can be dealt with fairly easily.
I remember getting a bad back spasm four days before a marathon. My Dr told me it was unfortunate in the timing and I would have to miss it. I told him I had just tapered down my running of close to 700 kilometers in training in the previous four months....Not running it was not an option.
I was put on a three day course of Diazepam and on the morning of the marathon raring to go. Every injury is different but it can be debilitating or it can heal quickly. A lot has to do with the person. As Mick said in another post, staying fit is a big plus to recovery.

I get back spasms, pretty much the only spasm I get these days unless self induced.

I can be crippled one day and fine the next.

Suffering from one at the moment best thing I find to relieve it is exercise.
