Can't say i've taken much notice of Pedro but if Howe and Ashworth want him so do i
The way things are panning out with bids being rejected, maybe they’ve started to be more realistic in who they go after. Can’t say I’ve heard this players name mentioned before? Is it getting to be a case of “ well we need somebody” in,don’t know, maybe its a red herring.
Can't really remember much about him but his name has come up a couple of times on the Football League Show this season as doing good things.
He's also young only 20 so lots of scope for moulding the way we want.
Currently played 3 and scored 1 for Watford this season.
Last season, played 28 games and scored 3.
Reports that second bid totaling £25 million has been rejected. Watford want £10 million more.
I’m now expecting a decoy bid for another striker from us hopefully leaving time for Watford to stew with the thought of an unhappy player on their books.
Another lowball offer rejected. Doesn’t inspire me with confidence given we seem to be assigning 2015 values to players in a highly inflated 2022 market. We’re either going to have to accept there are no bargains to be had and pay the going rate or face going into the season with only one quality striker and a weak support act on either side.
According to the Guardian we've had a £20 million bid plus £3 million in add-ons turned down:

I'll have to trust Eddie and Ashworth et al on this one if we do sign him
Is Shefki Kuqi available?
