    It is difficult to sell that which has a negative value. A wise head has said that there may well be a need for the Holdings directors / owners to pay the new owner a 'dowry'. You do not pay to own anything that has a negative value.

    How surprising - it is possible to get national publicity that a club is up for sale. SP = no pot to piss in

    I read something the other day about this on a separate thread… it’s a worrying time for them



    Morecambe football club take out mortgage loan secured on club stadium. Morecambe are owned by same people who own Worcester Warriors Rugby Club, who have financial difficulties at present, owing money to HMRC & have been accused of asset stripping. Are the two issues related?
