There is no requirement in practice or protocol to kneel before the monarch. Normal courtesy when greeting the monarch is a neck bow for men and a small curtsy for women but neither is obligatory. The only occasions when kneeling is appropriate is at the coronation, when one is being knighted or when one is admitted to the Privy Council. Then you kneel with the left knee to the floor. I suppose given that you want to erect a statue to TS that I shouldn't be surprised at your hyperbolic grovelling and outpourings of faux grief.
