Well done Macca, long may it continue. A season with us where his goal's gain us promo, sell him on for a tidy fee, if that's what he wants.

Great to see, and brilliant recruitment by Football Radar.

For many years I used to wonder why other clubs managed to unearth the Charlie Austins and Jamie Vardys of this world, but never us.

    Well, now we do!

I know why, because we didn't look.

Tremendous achievement by Macca. He's now surpassed Brett Angel's achievement in my eyes

We managed to grow some of our talents and throw them away though!

We have looked, but wouldn't take the gamble. Even going back to Dunnett's time. Kevin Keegan, Ray Clemence, Ruud Gullit, & no doubt more.
You will win some & lose some. But you have to be in it to win it. Previous owners would probably have wanted instant returns which doesn't always happen.

    Dunnett's time: 1967 - 1987

Agree Pete previous owners had a (very) short term view and seemingly wanted instant returns with the types of players they often recruited.

We won rarely, we lost often when it came to recruitment at Notts. That's a big issue for any club.
