    I pity the bloke.

He has the deck stacked against him if he sticks with our present first team squad.

The plodding dolts and the half a r s e d brigade need sidelining and then moving on or paying off, Dike needs to get off his fat ar s e and more youngsters need blooding and Cleary needs to be in the first team squad every week.

I wish the new manager well but won't be surprised if he's gone during January.

Welcome and he seems a decent guy and did wonders with Huddersfield. Hope he does not listen to the likes of Livermore and Morrison and is quick to see the complete dross we have - then kick them out!

Good luck Carlos! You will need it!

We've just got to get behind the new manager and hope that he can sort out the problems on the playing side. i still think that our biggest problems are off the field and those are far more difficult to sort out I'm afraid.

Good luck Carlos. We need to average 2 pts a game to make play offs….or 40 pts to stay up..you choose. Only advice I can give is don’t read this message board until we win 5 in a row, muchos gracias..COYB

Guillem Balague has nothing but good things to say about him, seems to be a pragmatic manager who will play the best formation that fits the players we have while he builds his own way.
