    Birmingham v West Brom

Blues have decent hungry young players who would bust a gut and are doing ok for a reason. In comparison we have overpaid wannabes who don’t break a sweat and have no heart or desire!

Sad but very true! Does anybody actually think Zohorse - Bartley - Livermore - Grant - Reach and Phillips would be tearful if we get relegated?

Playing for West Brom on huge money should be a privilege but many don’t give a s hit!

With my dad and one brother being Blues fans, this is one conversation we quite often end up getting into!

Of course, given their constraints, B'ham have been kind of forced into playing their younger players but it is beginning to work. For a long while my Dad be-moaned the lack of quality and the tendency to keep passing the ball back and forth across the pitch or maybe backwards (but rarely forward) or else lift it aimlessly into the centre to practice heading it between themselves and the opposition. Sounds kind of familiar doesn't it? He was quite worried about a potential relegation fight at one point but it seems to be coming together more now for them and the mix of old and new heads seems to be working. Albion have more quality than them but it means nothing without desire and effort. Table positions don't lie.

Totally agree! Rather see us lose with hungry kids with heart and desire having a right go but coming good for the future. Shocking how Caleb is better than anything we have at the back and he’s on loan.
