The situation in China is growing worse by the day and I can see this been a distress sale before lone, which might suit us as investing in football is now proving to be a major health risk. Nothing public. But rumored to have been approach by at least one interested party last year and perhaps another inquiry this year.

Whilst average crowds of over 20,000 turn up and he can sell off our better players now and again AND continue to leverage the club with these insidious and high rate “loans” he can ride this pony for a good while yet.
Then there’s the ground and training ground.
I think we can all be comfortable in knowing Lai will get back every Penny he paid for us by whatever means necessary.

How does this £25m loan help Lai? If he pockets the cash and leaves the club with the debt, surely that’s £25m plus off the sale price.
Is this suggesting he won’t sell and take pockets of cash out of the club?
