    Bruce should never work again!

ANY club even thinking of employing Bruce needs to give their head a severe wobble.

To see what looked like a bunch of deadbeats and no hopers now playing in this way should signal the death knell for Bruce's distinctly below average management career.

Out of all the merry go round managers I actually thought Bruce would be a decent boss and would be out to prove something (because of the way he was treated at Newcastle). I was wrong.
We never had a new manager bounce and for someone like myself who rarely goes to the games lately, and relying on reports and feedback here - he seemed terrible. He was just after his last pay check. What he had left of any credibility diminished, he was here purely for his pay check. Fat fkin Ron!

Furlong’s comment to the media......”we are now being coached, not just the defence but the whole team......everyone know knows their job and what’s expected of them!”.

    Staggering comments.

The useless c unt is now in the sunshine with two million compensation!! All courtesy of Fat Ron who decided he was the chosen one without any interview process! Can’t believe Fat Ron is still here!

I was listening to all the interviews after the game and that was a stand out for me too. He seemed to indicate that they now know what they are to do as a unit.
Asante interview was great...he is just enjoying the football.

Love Asante and he’s so humble and gracious to be where he is unlike some Billy b ollox football players. Asante really is a great kid and deserves his success!

Corberan and his team look a good fit at the moment. I think their focused no messing get on with it style suits the players. He expects the squad to be able to fit in and do the job when asked. Good vibes. Everyone feels important that way. No sulking, All get a chance to do an important job.

Very disappointed with Bruce, thought he would do ok. Truth was he made us worse.
Now he gone, what a transformation, this cannot be a fluke.
He did bring in some good players however, shame he and his son could not coach them.

Like many, although not overly enamoured when Bruce got appointed, I felt that maybe he had been a bit unfairly treated at Newcastle and that at least he had the experience to turn our performances around. How wrong I was (and how right the Toon fans were)! The performances clearly showed that something was seriously wrong with Bruce &son's management/coaching ability and the recent post Corberan comments from several players more than hint at their unhappiness during their tenure.

You make a fair point. Did bring in some decent players. But all things considered, this is a major transformation in play from pretty much the same bunch of players...
