This is dangerous and full facts need to be established firstly.
An emergency NATO meeting is called to discuss the situation. I think this is why meetings have been taking place between the KGB and the CIA very recently.
I am surprised this has not happened sooner and I have been expecting something like this for some time. It could be the key to improved air defense for Ukraine. I don't think NATO need boots on the ground. The Ukrainians are doing fine as is, for now.

It’s likely that the missile fell in Poland after being knocked off course in an interception attempt because why would Russia aim a missile at a farm? Unless it was a deliberate act to test NATO response or to provoke an escalation and then claim that they didn’t start it! Dangerous times just became more dangerous still.

The Associated Press news agency is quoting three US officials as saying a preliminary assessment suggests the missile that hit Poland was fired by Ukrainian forces at an incoming Russian missile.
The officials, who are not authorised to discuss the matter publicly, spoke to AP on the condition of anonymity.
Earlier on Tuesday President Biden said it was "unlikely" the missile that hit Poland was fired from Russia.
The missile landed in the village of Przedwodow near the border with Ukraine, killing two people.
