    World cup fever

    Today's the day it all kicks off, literally.
    I love the WC, the tournament not the bog, though I do spend a lot of time in them these days.
    I love the internationals, even my wife who isn't a football fan watches England and the WC.
    So get ya chair ready, get in lots of booze pork pies, sausage rolls, bags of scratchings and belt out a good loud bars of Vindaloo.
    Yessssss.

    Never felt so utterly NOT interested in a WC before.

    Watching the first game though, nice to see Qatar losing.

    No, finished 2nd in group after Spain, then beat the Czech Republic in play offs, but lost to Poland in play off final (single game away in Poland).

    I think that I’ll repaint some of the walls in my house when the WC matches come on, then I can watch the paint dry.
