    The difference with Corberan

He doesn't have time for complacency
    He's highly motivated
He pushes for high levels of performance
He has his own personal goals
He expects his team to work with him and be fully focused

HOW LONG HAVE WE WAITED FOR A MANAGER LIKE THIS!

I can't see it being made public, but has Corberan had any direct dealings with our absent owner yet ?

Good point Scoop.........No idea. He left Huddersfield because the board didn't share his vision. That's my only fear.

Quite simpley a better coach, and actually changes tactics during the game to try and win it.

My worry with Carlos is that he’s such a good coach that we’ll lose him due to lack of ambition by Lai.

He’s just the sort of coach that Watford nick and employ for 6 weeks before sacking and moving on from!

To my mind, he’s the sort of leader that an owner should be talking to and trying to get them to buy into a long term strategy and ethos.

I’ve long thought that we should try to achieve what Villarreal have, a superb team and ethos off a very small actual fan base.

If I was owner I’d be busting the bank to keep him and to build a complete structure around the guy.

Should we get promoted after the start we had, then I think we may struggle to keep him.
I like his energy and his enthusiasm. It actually has me looking forward to games again on the weekend.
A thing that had slipped away nearly, with the last chap in charge...

Good thing about Corboren there is a vision and strategy built on fitness and giving 100%

Unlike Big Dave and Bruce - Corboren does not select his mates!!!

And this.."I only have the desire to see the player I am working with competing, playing well and growing as a player. When you're working with them for a long time, you have a special connection with them." Corberan.

The “special connection” is what causes the problem with people like Livermore!

I’d rather a “business relationship” in which the player knows his a r s e is on the line every single match.
