Anass Zaroury is I think the first player to play in WC 3rd place game whilst actually a Burnley player. Three other players who played for Burnley at some point have also played in a 3rd place game, but not while they were Burnley players.

Really had to dig deep into my statistics to come up with Trevor Steven and Chris Waddle against Italy and then Kieran Trippier against Belgium. I certainly couldn't remember the first two!

The answers to this are easy to find on t'internet, but try it off the top of your head, it surprised me.

Which WC squad had the most players based in England, excepting the English and Welsh squads of course ? One country had 12 of their 26 man squad playing for English clubs, two others had 10, one of the 10s didn't take much guessing, but the 12 and the other 10 really surprised me.
