    Qos v Clyde this Saturday

Clyde have drawn against Falkirk , Dunfermline and Alloa since the sacking of Danny Lennon so I can’t see this being an easy fixture for the South this weekend.
Hope we’ve a new manager in place by then but it’s also important we get the right person in place.
Reilly returns to the squad after illness.

It would be great to see a good few extra punters turn up because it's Hogmanay, but as usual, circumstances have conspired to paint as negative a picture as possible ...... which is just such a huge shame for the club.

If that were the case Arrol, I would agree.

There are a few things to be very positive about: 1) a new manager 2) a brand new year is starting 3) we have the bonus of the January window to add the necessary quality and 4) we really aren't that far away from a very decent squad.

However, that is the bigger picture and the paying punter needs a wee bit more than that, as we know, but it would be a huge boost if someone with exciting credentials was to come on board and simply state "I will take this club to the play offs for the Championship"

There’s a supporter on Doonhamer Facebook page asking for an EGM as he’s not happy with the way things are going and the lack of communication again from the board.

Given that we are in the middle of 2 major public holidays and the vast majority of people are off for 2 weeks, - its sounds to me as though this person has too much time on their hands!

Everyone is entitled to time off at Christmas and New Year.

He may want an EGM, - but what would be the point.......no-one would turn out at this time of year!

Good God, I honestly didn't think that the potential sprinkling of good news would be trampled on so quickly, - just who in their right mind would be a Board member?

As poor a game as you could ever wish to see. Three points gratefully accepted. Clean sheet = no Currie. Coincidence??
