    VAR in FA Cup

Was used in Liverpool's game against Wolves but not Sheff Weds against Newcastle.

So is the rule that its only used for all Prem ties in FA Cup? If so, its ludicrous.

Obviously the infrastructure isn't there to have it all the lower and non league clubs in the FA Cup, but why use it for all Prem ties?
Just don't have it....or put the infrastructure in to have it all across the board in the cup.

Problem is, once you do that, then it will be in demand for lower league games.

Anyway, thought the point of VAR was to promote more fair decisions. What can be more unfair than the top teams using it in the cup?

    Thoughts?

It's used if the home ground has it, irrespective if two premiership teams are playing or not, got to look after the elite teams and give them any advantage possible

No the rule is that it is only used at Premier League stadiums.

    But it's still ludicrous, obviously.

Me too. I'm just glad it will never filter down to our level in my lifetime.

The only factual statement regarding VAR is that there are more flaws in VAR than the flaws it resolves. Any on that basis it needs to cease be reviewed and go from there.
