    Olive Oil.

My guess is that most of you are old, and taking care of yourself is a priority. Recently i was feeling tired and had heart palpitations, went to the doc, heart ok, i am pre diabetic. My EEg was fine.

The heart palpitations are lessening in number and severity, i put it down to the covid jab, there have been many reported heart attacks, luckily not me. I wont be having that again. My tiredness is better.

Anyway i you tubed it and came across Olive Oil, its on the internet as well. Olive oil is the staple diet of the mediterranaen. Its effects include unfurring the arteries , helping to prevent heart attacks and strokes, treating dementia, attacking the plaque that causes the above, treats diabetes by moderating insulin, and helps the liver rid the body of bad stuff.

Its treats arthritis, after playing walking football my knees would be giving serious gip, having to take one step at a time coming down the stairs. By the time it passed, the next game came up, back to square one.

I have no pain at all now, i run up the stairs ten times daily in the morning. Theres more benefits but i cant fit it all in.

I also drink water in the morning with lemon juice in it, look that up ill be here all day othorwise. I buy bottles of lemon juice in the supermarket.

In the morning, on an empty stomach i drink one tablespoon of olive oil, followed by a glass of water with lemon juice chaser, it must be two months now, benefits take time.

I dont now my score on pre diabetes yet, but i am far more energetic, pre diabetes makes you tired.

To good to be true, who knows. One side effect is that i dont look white anymore, but.... more olive like. O, and i got something i havent had from my **** years, a spot. Taking it on an empty stomach is important. Look up Dr Berg on you tube hes good.

Your welcome as kel would say.
