Is now six**** points, one would suspect that is too big a gap to make up, so the play-offs are our only chance of going up? Surely we should be capable of that? Will the Chinese tw@t sanction any new signings, though? It is so annoying, though, when you realise the potential that Steve Bruce wasted. We should not have lost tonight, though, our second goal should have stood, their ‘keeper lost the ball, no foul there. What a useless lump of lard Steve Bruce was, we should have had a strong chance of automatic promotion.

Agree - CC has the same players at his disposal - what a complete joke of a manager Bruce was. Mind he did spot a few good players like Wallace, Swift and Yokuslu - but never got the best out of them. Also persisted too long with Livermore, Button, Reach, Diangana and Grant.

Our main problem now is we have a decent side when everyone is fit … but bench is weak full of the dross above. We need a couple of signings in the window if we want sustain a play-off challenge.

Anyway regarding your post I would say we will be in the play offs with Norwich and two others. Norwich under Wagner will be similar to us in mentality now.
