I paid for streaming of the Solihull match last week, after the postponement I contacted NLTV for a refund through their help page and received an email telling me I wouldn't get a refund but would get a voucher/code to use for a future game. I haven't received anything so contacted them again today. They replied almost immediately with this link [email protected]. which I followed. I got an automated response pointing me to the sender of the first email [email protected]
I have a feeling I am going to have to do a few more circles before I get an answer, anyone else experienced this?
