    Thoughts on the Fans' Forum

Steven Pattison, noticing Jon Colman at the back of the room, "Jon, don't quote me but .....".

Did SP not realise that the Forum was being broadcast 'live'? Anyone worldwide with an internet enabled device could see him and hear his every word and the video would remain on the internet indefinitely. So asking Jon Colman of the News & Star not to quote him was a somewhat inadequate plea for his words to be kept solely for those in the room to hear.

Patty said no one was interested when he took over - that’s wrong and Colman alluded to it in his article about Courtney declaring his intention of taking over after getting told Story was desperate to go.

Apparently there was a rift over something unconnected to football as to why Story wouldn’t sell to JC and instead gave the club away for £1 to these lot we are still left with years later.

Interesting what these difficulties were patty says. No idea.

Anyway I think the owners have a plan to exit but imo it’s not going to happen. I wouldn’t be surprised if the trust, through default become leading shareholder and may be forced to sell quickly as they won’t have the funds.
