Disturbing reports here in Fuerteventura this morning are that the EFL are investigating the weakness of the team Burnley put out against Reading. Undermining the integrity of the League and all that. I bloody told you it was a daft idea Sinkov.

They've probably had complaints from the other relegation candidates and have to investigate as a matter of course.

Doesn't disturb me in the slightest mon ami, except to wonder just what exactly they're investigating. While admittedly the jury is still out on Foster, he is a full South Africa international, has played in the top divisions in France, Portugal and Belgium and we paid £11 million for him. Any suggestion that Vinni shouldn't be playing him is laughable.

BPF in goal, another full international, 37 caps for Northern Ireland, 40 apps for Leeds, 43 for Sheffield Wednesday, clearly a Championship standard keeper at the very least, and he kept a clean sheet, what's the problem ?

Taylor, Roberts and Berg are established PL players, two of them full internationals as well, Cullen, Benson and Tella, acknowledged as 3 of the top players in the Championship, they'd walk into any other team in the division, Twine was a top scorer in D1 last season, Beyer valued at around £20 million by his German parent club and Al Dakhil was playing in the top division in Belgium before we signed him, and has played for Belgium U21s. While Foster might have underperformed so far, there is not a weak link in the team, not one single player that other Championship teams would not take off our hands if they could.

It may have been a changed team, but the suggestion that it was a weak, or even a weakened team, is ludicrous. You want evidence, Reading have won 10 home games this season, they didn't win this one. And look who's moaning, Colin W@nker at Huddersfield. After the EFL have thrown these fatuous charges out, they should tell Colin that if he wants to pick the Burnley team, he should apply for the Burnley manager's job, and in the meantime charge the cantankerous clown with wasting their time. Surely they have more useful things to occupy themselves with than listen to this idiot.

    sinkov ---I do like that!

Mind you, as well as VK has done, he couldn't beat Sean's 23 match unbeaten run in the Championship. It's a funny old game.

Spot on mon ami. It is now obvious Colin was behind it. While I was on holiday I was unaware of the actual team sheet changes, from the news report in Fuerteventura it seemed we had put out a Development squad eleven.

Like VK says, "It's a waste of paper".
