Do Holdings shareholders want paying for their shares & what is meant by succession?

    1) Do the Holdings shareholders want paying for their shares?

    2) What does succession mean to the Holdings shareholders?

During these two questions the sound was poor. I have worked on it but I can do nothing
about the occasional bits of unintelligible mumbling.

Here is my interpretation of the answers given.
    1) John Nixon gives the populist answer but gives himself some wriggle room.

    2) Billy Atkinson really does not want CUOSC to give up 1 share. But the Holdings
shareholders have to give up all their shares.

What is your interpretation of the answers given to these two questions?
