    Quick Question

Quick Question , should we make it to the play off final does anyone know whether VAR will be in use for the game ? I ask this question because during the FA Cup Var was used at matches where facilities allowed ,which I found strange being that it meant that some games were effectively played with different rules than others & I am curious to know if it is used for the final what peoples thoughts are .

Not sure about league one but the championship final last season had VAR in place for what good it did Huddersfield mind who had a stonewall penalty turned down .

Not a fan myself based on the grounds we had 48 Games without VAR and just doesn't seem right that the Play Off final is the only game with it .

Should we reach the final and VAR is included, we may actually get a good decision.

I certainly think had var been in use yesterday we might have had a spot kick or two plus from where I was sat in the west their first goal looked offside but I do think we have played 46 games without var & it should be the same for the play offs , others may disagree .

I’m sure the Derby fans could say the same about the penalty decision they suffered against the Wendies yesterday resulting also in a sending off. Never in this world a pen but just illustrates how poor some of the officials are at this level?

Well there's been some howlers in the PL this season even with VAR .

Cast your mind back to last season's championship play off final and the two huge penalty shouts for Huddersfield , they didn't even go to VAR .

Even factoring in things could swing our way with VAR in place they could also go the other way too .

Yes we've been on the end of some howlers this season but I ain't comfortable celebrating any goal in a Play Off final with VAR ready to chalk the bugger off and the feeling of despondency which gives the opposition and their fans a huge lift .

Two evils at play here and everyone will see it differently but it's not for me .

As soon as that ref points to the centre circle you know the goals given that's good enough for me and there's no more stressful game than a Play Off final and that's without VAR .

I need VAR as much as I need another 10 hour drinking binge today .

VAR is ballax in my eyes. It's used wrong and doesn't necessarily get the correct decision anyway. Not for me either. However, we've been on the receiving end of some shockers this season so let's expect some more in these play off games. May the best team not necessarily win.

VAR to be used in all three Play Off Finals , EFL have just announced it this morning .

Make of that what you will .
