    Release list confirmed

So finally it has been decided.

No surprises with most of them, Rogic has gone as has Livermore of course.

In the younger lads, I thought Rico Richards may have come good but is possibly too lightweight.

Quevin Castro thought far too much of himself.

We are in talks to retain Erik Pieters though.

    Why has Button been retained?

Are we short of someone to slice the oranges at half time?

We should’ve paid him off for his and for our own good.

Surely some of the more glaring omissions -like Button- are purely down to the reality of their contract situations. Like Stevil, am a bit surprised at Castro being listed but obviously not as good as we hoped.

I really hope we listen to offers for at least:
    • Button
    • Reach
    • Diangana (very disappointing)
    • Grant
    • Chalobah (not sure why we got him in the first place!)

In terms of players out on loan, it would be good for these to be given some first team experience:
    • Ingram
    • Ashworth
    • Taylor
    • Cleary
    • Malcolm
    • Faal

Who knows, we might need em at this rate!

I agree regarding Chalobah, but I think we’ll see a lot more of him next season, I think Corberran rates him

I think a pre-season under Corberan will improve a lot of our squad, IMO a lot of the muscle injuries were caused by the players not being fit enough under Bruce also next season will be slightly less conjested without the world Cup in December, but we also need to bring the average age of the squad down that's why I'm a little surprised despite the fact he played well that Pieters has been offered a new contract.

It looks like Lai and Ken have been retained and Fat Ron! 🫣
