Other than the chinese State I see that we also have a shareholder with a 10% stake who's name is Wang Qin ffs.

It’s seems likely we’ve broken EFL rules in regards to our stated ownership.
Rules state that search club has to state on its website any shareholding of more than 10%.
We have failed to mention that Chairman Moa’s cronies have 15.77% of our club.
I’m sure we’re going to find out about other financial horrors in the coming weeks.
It’s going to be interesting to see exactly what our minus number of points is going to be?
It’s inconceivable that we are going to avoid severe punishment, I think they may well make an example out of us.
Won’t that just be typical…….the ruling authorities of football whose negligence allowed this situation to take place are going to be the very people dishing out the punishment.
Regardless of the fact we were a Premier League side at the time our ownership changed, I find it incredible that the validity of a buyer should only be sanctioned by either the EPL or EFL based on which division you’re in at that time.
Both bodies should investigate every buy out.
In fact, no they shouldn’t, an independent body should be set up and it should consist of financial experts, not “football people” or MP’s as none of these types can be trusted and none have any nous.
I also think they need to stop clubs being “leveraged” by owners……before the start of each season each club should be made to put enough money to cover all of their running costs into an Escrow account.
In effect, they should have whatever amount of non borrowed money set aside.
ANY owner of a club should have no need to lend against their own club.
Other than the chinese State I see that we also have a shareholder with a 10% stake who's name is Wang Qin ffs.
Hiya Mick.
Not sure if that stake is held directly by the state or indirectly (they have a stake in his company) through Lai's Holding company.
If it is not a direct stake in Albion, it may not qualify for investigation.
I could be wrong here.
Sadly it's true
Here is a link to the current state of ownership - its like a fricken spiders web

You will have to zoom in a bit
If its true why would Corberan stay now? A points deduction won't be in his plans to get automatic promotion surely?
Action for Albion will be featured on ITV Central tonight (Monday) from 6pm discussing the Albion finances
