    Fixtures out tomorrow 9-00am

I remember the days when Fixtures Day was one of the highlights of the season.

Maybe this is Ahmad's big and exciting news ? We still have fixtures to play next season.

Every little helps to deviate away from the Michael Duff announcement.

Barnsley FC Media Dept strategy game today---

I'll start with the Fixtures and hype them up and advertise that Season Tickets are still available to watch these games.

I'll come in with the bad news one about Duff going and get a carefully crafted few words from Ahmad--thank you, sorry to see Michael go, can't stand in his way, great last season, lets go again together, and stuff like that.

I'll come in with a Statement on the "Big News Tease" we have been running for a few weeks to deflect attention.

Comon, lets get to it fellas.

    Well, there we are then.

Blackpool last away game. Promotion party in the sunshine with 108 points already in the bag and declared Champions. (That's Blackpool, not us )

Quite happy with our opening month of fixtures, let's hope we can get off to a good start.

I plan to get out of my home comfort zone 'chair' and get down to Oakwell for the 1st game of the season.

Two out of three ticked off. The official confirmation of the news of Duff's departure came too late for Part Three. Perhaps today ?
