    Sean Dyche

Just what has he landed himmself with ? The squad was threadbare enough before, now Coady has gone back to Wolves, Mina has gone, Davies is leaving and the vultures are circling round Onana. There is next to no money and they are facing fines/points deductions so it's a good job Sean doesn't have any hair or he'd be tearing it out.

How even Sean keeps this lot up next season I have no idea.

It's gone legal now, four clubs have instructed lawyers, the EPL will have no other option other than to hit the Toffees with a ten point deduction. Everton are f*cked!

I think that’s right BT , the Prem would like to sweep it under the carpet as they obviously have been doing for the last few years but when clubs are instructing legal action somethings got to give, problem is as Alf mentioned if they do a point’s deduction there’s going to be a lot of clubs holding onto their hats as the investigation s will go wild I’m sure.

I’m not sure how they’re going to deal with this it’s like the government now - we all know they lied and are still lying but nothings happening,

The lawyers will contest and put up stumbling blocks and draw it out as long as they can I suppose more money you have ( the richer the club ) the more you can fight it.

All I know is there is definitely FFP irregularities and eventually someone will cop it , I guess it’s just a case of the Premiership get their ducks in a row to deny all knowledge- then the clubs / some of them will get thrown under the bus.

It's long overdue that an EPL team got what was coming army88. Everton will do very nicely thank you very much. One down, two to go!

None of it Sean's fault so he's got nothing to lose.Mighty challenge and he may well enjoy that.

Many contributors to these blogs have suggested that the PL is made up of “the chosen ones” and the cannon fodder who will be made an example of if necessary.

If we were in breach of the FFP rules I am sure we would be given a points deduction in the blink of an eye.

Considering the lack of success, for some reason, Everton appear to one of the chosen ones. I hope that I am wrong and that, if found guilty, they get a points deduction and are liable to clubs who have been relegated on the basis that they avoided relegation by being in breach,

I can’t see it happening though.
