Looks like this is back on now - don’t know about the money side but surely Vincent being Belgium gives us an advantage over Fulaham and palace who are linked.

There's a Belgian journo on Twitter who claims to know him, reckons he wants to sign for us. Says we put an offer on the table but didn't follow it up. Maybe we have now.
