    So We’re was our Captain

Jamaal Lascelles was training this week and not in the match day squad today
Could this mean that he is on his way to say Nottingham Forest ( as they seem to be our selling club)

    Hmm...could be.

Be sad to see him go but he needs to play and although there was a long spell under Rafa when he was superb, we need to upgrade our CB cover.

Possibly. However, it's a case of getting rid of a lot of our deadwood.

Fraser, Darlow, Hendrick, Hayden, Lacelles, Maquillo/Krafth all gotta go - average price of $2m / player = $12m

    pays for 1/5 of Tonali.

Deadwood? I would say that some of the “ deadwood” deserve a bit more respect, Hayden, Darlow, Lascelles, Manquillo, Krafts ( last season) have all, at some stage in their time here performed at a decent level, for where we were at that time. The club have now moved forward and these players have become dispensable, and some of them know that. We will need players of a certain standard next season, we can’t hsve 2 teams of superstars, Manquillo, and Lascelles could stay for me. Why haven’t you included Dummett, Lewis in your list of deadwood?

I’d only classify Hendrick and Fraser as deadwood. The latter appears to have an attitude problem and the former is just sh*te.

That did feel like a prime match he should of been playing in to be honest.
