    Ryan Gravenberch

A small story update about an enquiry for Ryan Gravenberch.

There is no chance we will get this guy. However I think if the board pulled that one off it doesn't matter where M'Bappe goes, Newcastle United will have won the transfer window this season.

Ryan Gravenberch is a beast and plays DMF. Him working with Bruno and Tonali is a title winning midfield in a season or two. Big J7 on the left wing destroying for fun. The power of our team would be through the roof.

Ryan Gravenberch - At little as £22 million! Get him in!!!

The Dutchman could cost as little as €25m (£22m), and given Newcastle's lucrative spending already this summer, it could be the deal to make to complete the midfield ahead of the anticipated return to the Champions League.

Fair to assume you are a fan Raga?

Another defensive Bruno/Tonali type by the looks of it Only 21 but worth about 20 mill. Could be the right kind of player at the wrong time maybe with our greater need for defenders at the moment. If FFP allows it by all means I say. Great potential here could allow Bruno more of a forward attacking role.

He's an all rounder. 6'2" tall. Powerful B2B player. For £25m he would be a class signing. 21 yrs old as you mentioned and will be a worldie in a few years. Yaya-esque player with that kind of ceiling.

Precisely my thoughts. He'll sit deeper and allow the rest, Bruno, Tonali, J7, Anderson, Miley etc to push on.

Just adds more power and hight to the squad. We're one of the tallest most powerful squads in the division already long may it continue.

Adding Ryan would be a great long term investment.

The Oumar Solet links have popped up too 6'4" right sided CB - I started a thread about him.

If we got both these lads for 40-45 mill this would go from a very good to an excellent window. I like the thought of going for quick, skillfull giants who play as a team too.

yeah man land of the giants, like the first version of the Mourinho Chelsea team.

Win the physical battle, then the technical challenge = win the match.

For too many years we've had teams full of players who were 'also rans', the dregs of the barrel, weak players getting injured, getting pushed off the ball and dominated in matches.

We can now over power opponents and stamp our authority on most teams. The rest we'll just be able to boot all over the park.

I'm fine with that. Nice to be the team everyone hates to play against.
