Anyone use them? They take payment every 6 months. I got 850 bill today from January, I was paying 163 a month. I was a bit in front.
Now told to change my direct debit to 33.44 to keep on track for the next 6 months. Can't phone them now just on line text. Yhey say all OK. I think they be wrong. Just worried I might get a big bill along the line.

They are my energy supplier for both electricity and gas, a f*cking dispicable company driven only by profit.
