What I’m saying is that if you go back into your own post to alter it - by choosing the little 🖊️ pencil icon then instead of allowing you to alter your post the site now deletes all of your post.

Only started doing this this afternoon - so something has been changed.

I'm certainly no computer expert, in fact I'm one of those lazy sods who can't be arsed to learn out of ignorance when it comes to computers.

When I post on here via my phone, I have exactly the same problem as you and have had for years trying to edit a post- it deletes the lot. Don't have a clue why it does that.

If I use my laptop, it allows me to edit without deleting it because the lay out is slightly different on the laptop/desktop site compared to the site that we use on our phone.

I then discovered that if you go on tykesmad on your phone, there's 3 dots in the top right hand corner. If you click on those, it opens a menu with a list which you scroll down. You then select 'desktop site' and it takes you onto the same tykesmad site as you would have on a laptop, which allows you to edit posts for up to 10 minutes after you've submitted the post that you want to edit.

SB - deleted when I tried to edit it - along with some more of my posts
