Yeah, he doesn't loook fully fit. Anderson and Longstaff on the bench. Still would like us to sign an out and out DM (and left back obviously!)

This is a big test for Bruno now, he’s got a classy midfielder beside him now he won’t be the main man in midfield anymore. I really hope he doesn’t wilt and takes on the challenge and getting to his best because we’ll have and formidable midfield then.

Both needed and both equally important to us this year. No room for egos and Divas and and don't expect to see any.

Formidible midfield and I would suggest one of the two best in the PL along with City.

Bruno made some uncharacteristic errors yesterday but also did some very good plays. He is such a good player that his bar is set very high. Tonali had an outstanding debut but wasn’t completely faultless either - that’s football.
I expect Bruno to be back to his best soon.

Just watched the match again. Gordon and Tonali’s defensive work and Tonali’s physicality were big improvements from last/pre season.

I’m getting to love Anthony Gordon, he was immense on Sat, he’s one of those players defenders will hate playing against coz he’s always snacking at your heels, doesn’t give you a minutes peace, great pace and tenacity, just needs a goal now, maybe on Sat eh. If we played Barnes and him together, wow, that would give the opposition something to think about!

Aye, Barnes on the left, Gordon on the right. Magic recipe.

Bruno was class. He water carried for the attacking unit and allowed tonali to go forward.

The Tonali goal was a result of a shot by Bruno.
The moves for goals 2 & 3 were started by Bruno either breaking up play or making a clever pass to unlock the whole move.

Everyone other player on the team stood on his shoulders in that match and scored 8,9,10. Without Bruno doing the dirty work in the match those around him wouldn't have had the platform to product.

He just looked slow and not very fit compared to how he was last season, you gotta agree that he wasn’t up to speed towards the back end of last season, he was supposed to be carrying an ankle injury and having surgery in the close season, he didn’t have the op though ? Look I love Bruno, all I’m saying is that he looked a bit off that’s all.
