Yesterday my son had to help his lady neighbour gain access to her house, the key had been left on the inside of the front door by her partner who was supposed to be at home.

They ended up gaining access through the rear but she got no response when she called out for her husband so my son was asked to go upstairs and investigate.

The toilet door was locked and the fairly elderly lady of 73 asked my son to break the lock.

He smashed the lock but then his stomach sank as he realised he couldn’t open the door more than a few inches due to the weight behind it!🫣

So she asked him to smash it down completely which he did only to find her partner dead behind the door with his trousers around his ankles.

They phoned 999 and my son proceeded to do CPR on this 60 year old bloke until the ambulance arrived but he was already convinced the guy was dead as he was so cold to the touch.

I’m proud that he gave it such a good go, I didn’t think he had it in him, I’m certain that I don’t.

How spooky though, just a few hours short of the 16th of August, the date Elvis died on the bog 46 years ago in 1977.
