    Var and diving.

If Var had reviewed pen IE got ref over and ref decided it was a dive he can get sent off.

But they ain't gonna review unless it's a pen.

So is Var not a cheats charter to dive?

Refs now seem to want big decisions out of their hands, which imho gives divers a chance to dive without repercussions

The risk is there though that if the ref gives the penalty VAR could ask him to review. Kind of makes you wish he had given the penalty yesterday because surely VAR would have had to ask him to review it or even just say 'listen mate you've been conned and you'll look like a right **** if you don't book him and send him off'.

The Hearts number 11 should have been booked for diving in the penalty box but Alan Muir the referee ‘bottled’ it because he had booked the same player a few minutes earlier and he did not want to send him off.
The Hearts number 11 was substituted at half-time to avoid being sent off during the second half.
