    Missed the match

Got up early this morning and just finished having a shave and had a bad angina attack.
Come done stairs after taking my heart spray ,didn't tell my wife to stop her panicking.
My heart calmed down and I got ready for the match.
My wife said I going to worry about you going alone because Lisa was holiday and she has been telling me about you struggling with the steps in the stand. Lisa wants me to move down the front , but we have had the seats since it was built , I keep telling them one more season .
Anyway my wife said if you are going , I'm having a lie down , he sleep pattern is terrible ,make sure you lock the doors.
So around 12-30 got my car keys and went to go out , then bang another angina so that was it heart spray again followed my the massive headache it gives you.
Heart settled down again , my wife was surprised when she come down at 2-30 , so I had tell her then I got why didn't you wake me .
So that's another match I missed . LHad to have the match on Radio Wm.

    Sorry to hear this Lloyd.

I think you do need to take the advice your body is giving you and to not be so bothered about maintaining your traditions such as keeping the same seat.

I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago that my son was unable to save a 60 year old male neighbour who’d had a heart attack whilst sat on the loo.

Our bodies speak to us, we have to listen to them.

I’m now knackered from the waist down and I’ve had to accept I can no longer run. I hate the few pounds extra I’ve put on in the past couple of months but time catches up with us all.

Listen to your body mate and move to an easier seat.

Thanks Mick , I'm stubborn ,in my head I'm still a fit man in my 20s It's hard to except you have gone down hill.
My twin brother is stepping up his running and is doing the London 10k as well as few more races next year.
