I had a ticket to go and forgot I was going until someone reminded me on Sunday. Loved Stokes knock but then 30 mins into NZ innings became obvious they would get no where near. Day night cricket in the middle of September? We got cold and bored and a curry next door to the station more attractive so we left at the fall of the 5th wicket and got the train home.Originally Posted by mickd1961

The whole series has a real after the lord mayor's show feel about it following on from The Ashes. Doesn't help there has been no close finishes an essential ingredient for a decent ODI
