    Callum W

Is a natural born goalscorer. He’s had a sh!t first 60 minutes, but then he appears out of nowhere and scores a goal and penalty.

    Well done!

Yeah I love Wilson. 15+ goals a season guaranteed, more if he stays fit.

    Cool under pressure. Cracking penalty.

Great player for us. Hope EH can find a way for him and Isak to co-exist in the starting eleven.

    Great goal scorers are instinctive.

He's score 14 goals in his last 17 matches.

With Isak working hard to be the No.1 striker Cal has ben afforded some time to rest. Which seems to be perfect to keep him fit.

    Long may it continue!

I recon in summer 24 we will look to sign an additional young striker.

Ferguson from Brighton would be awesome or Šeško at RB Leipzig would be my top choices. However, I can't see us signing Ferguson as the press are already hyping him up to be worth £100m. Classic dumb reporting.

I agree we’ll be in the market for a centre forward next summer, as well as a right forward and a right footed centrehalf.

On the right forward, that Minteh is performing well at Feyernord and has 2 goals and an assist in 5 games so far… which is a good return for such a young lad… so he might come back to feature next season.

Given we are bringing in promising youngsters, I’d not be surprised to see us spend relatively big on an up and coming, but not quite ready, striker… don’t think we’ll blow out load on a striker next summer when we have Isak and Wilson (assuming both stay fit this season)

Man Utd did that with Hojlund, think he could either come good or could have some issues being so young and a lot of pressure on his shoulders… especially after their worst start for decades… could be like when we signed Jon Dahl Tomasson, Hojlund at least had the physicality to handle the league but it’s a lot for a young lad to carry a club that is expecting to be Top 4 and competing for cups… so if we can do similar but when we have time to bed him in to the city/squad/team with Isak and Wilson taking the pressure off… then that would be my preference.

Aye, Minteh looks class! Recon we'll bring him back next season for the first team. Maybe, in Jan if we have injuries.

Ekitike is leaving PSG in Jan, he's still got bags of potential, could pick him up for a bargain due to his failure in Paris. Would love to see Ferguson from Brighton. However as you said, don't recon we'll spend that kind-a-cash on one player. However, lets see what financial freedom the commercial deals, UCL run & other prize money affords us in the summer.

Wilson is the ultimate, Shearer type traditional No 9 which every club craves for and needs.

They are few and far between.
