    Restless legs

Does anybody else or know anyone who suffers from this?

The wife has it and can't get to sleep due to tye pain in her arsenal cheeks and calf muscles. Usually when she does drop of, within a couple of hours she is wide awake again from the pain.

Never had it myself but apparently it is a horrible feeling, a constant dull ache similar to pins and needles.

We are not sure what causes the dysfunction, Dr Google and NHS seem to think it is lack of iron.... but I personally think it is more of an anxiety based thing.

Anyway I bought some Magnesium Repair Oil from a website so I will let you know if it is hopefully a success 🙌

If anyone has any idea on this or their own experience it would be appreciated, I was in the hospital and a picked up a pamphlet (no not a leaflet!) about it and it was extremely vague!

From a selfish perspective I am in desperate need of a good night's kip or 3, been late nights for all the wrong bloody reasons! 😒

I get it, and it feels like maggots are crawling around in my leg muscles. It also feels like my muscles have been boiled and that they will fall off the bone. It wakes my wife up too but there’s nothing I can do to relieve it. It stops when it’s ready. Anxiety definitely has something to do with it but as we are all individuals the effects of anxiety can be manifest symptomatically in many individual ways, so there will be those with anxiety who never get it at all. I’m aware that it affects my wife’s sleeping but I really can’t do a thing about it. She understands but thankfully it doesn’t happen every night.

I was discussing this with my one daughter yesterday as she suffers from it, she’s 34.

In her case it’s her medication that causes it, she’s on anti depressants and anti anxiety drugs so is your wife taking anything that might have this side effect Steve?

I’ve had it a bit myself recently but nothing too bad, I think mine is more likely due to a nerve issue in my lower back.

I would suggest a trip to a good osteopath.

I did this and found that the massage of my lower spine by the 20 year old naked lady with her thighs worked wonders although I did leave the room doubled up due to my erection pressing against my trousers.

Seriously though, it’s worth seeing an osteopath.

Osteopath might be a good idea, the quack seems to have no idea Mick.

She is not on any medication but specialists say it is down to Magnesium, Iron or Potassium deficiencies.

    Will keep you posited mate
