    Eddie Howe…..best English coach.

I’m very impressed with this guy.

Not only creating an attractive Bournemouth side and getting them into the Prem but also the way he’s rebuilt Newcastle.

    A fabulous side to watch.

His tactical nous and his attacking ethos, miles ahead of Southgate in my opinion.

Not only best English present day coach but now one of the world’s best coaches in my opinion.

And still a very young bloke in coaching terms.

The test of a great manager to me is when they don’t have huge financial backing and yet prove their worth. O Grady of Crewe comes to mind. Southgate has done a great job with England but maybe Eddie Howe will be next, who knows. Was very impressed when he managed Bournemouth. Since the Arabs came in lost all interest to be honest. This is why I hate the Prem, Newcastle we’re very close to relegation till the money turned up. Now they are instantly in line to be the new Man City.

What’s his win rate? Where are we in the world rankings? Of course he has.
4th in the world. Chronic position obviously 🙄

Even Steve Bruce would have done no worse Regis than Southgate! Negative, picks his mates and shocking with the talent in that squad how we have won nothing! The route through to the Wembley final was easy then Southgate lost it for us by being negative!

Get rid! Won absolutely nothing with a club side so got the job by default

Exactly that Al, route to the final was easy and he blew it with his tactics against Italy.

Boingy, being ranked 4th in the world doesn’t really mean anything in my opinion. Trophies do. This squad is being wasted by someone like Southgate. I’d have Howe in a flash, even Potter.

You get to forth by how many points you get. It’s not a mistake.
Southgate has won 49 of his 81 games as England manager, with 18 draws and 14 defeats, while England have scored 174 goals and conceded 57.

Only two previous managers have reached a half-century in the win column – World Cup winner Sir Alf Ramsey (69) and England’s longest-serving manager Sir Walter Winterbottom (78).

I'm of the probably lone opinion that Eddie Howe's a bit of a knob to be honest, and although Newcastle do play some lovely stuff I couldn't stand his Bournemouth side.

Bunch of cheating, diving, gamesmanship w@nchors. As for that smarmy 'I've got s hit under my nose' sickly smile of his I'd happily smack him in the face just to watch his expression change.

Just in case anyone's in any doubt I'm not his number one fanboy but would happily shout 'well done Eddie' at the telly if he landed England the World Cup as I can be quite magnanimous like that when I want to be.

    Smiley thing .
