    Warning signs

There for all to see, analysed in depth on MOTD, just how Luton were causing mayhem in the Everton defence from corners and free-kicks. Hopefully Vinni will have been watching, of course he will, and he'll have some answers for Tuesday night. Because if he hasn't, they'll kill us with them.

After the Blades annihilated us 5-2 last season at Bramhall Lane using the same strong arm tactics we never succumbed to the tactic again.

The Hatters outmuscled Everton for sheer physicality, I think we are in for a rough and tumble sort of night.

They were tough games both home and away. We drew 1-1 at Turf Moor in our first home game of the 2022/23 season before going to Luton and securing a 1-0 win with an Ashley Barnes penalty. Luton skipper Tom Lockyer got himself sent off for verbals in the process. Expect some rough stuff at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night.

I reckon Taylor, Roberts, Cullen, Brownhill, JRod and Bruun Larson can handle themselves. Foster is not scared to get stuck in.

Or Brian O’Neil? He would take on anyone.
