I remember Nelms stating at or just before the second Pre Application meeting on 26th September 2022 that nearly all,the funding for the new stadium development was in place and if there was a shortfall they could easily get funding from Financial Companies in the City of London.
Less than two months later the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited directors borrowed money from the Isle of Man based Financial company SohoGreen who charged at that time between 9% and 24% interest for their loans.
The whole of the 29.7 acres site Campy Nou was put up as security for this loan.
