Off 4th place (points) even after the Bham ref fiasco. I would have taken that at this point in the season. Lots to play for.

I’m with you, we are doing better than I thought we would, we have a terrible injury list and thanks to having a great fit of a manager are punching a little above our weight.

There’s a lot of decent teams in contention for play off places but most of them are struggling for form. Only a few have lost 3 or less and we are one of them. We also have one of the highest scorers in the league with Swift (one goal off joint top scorer). Lots to be confident about and as you say we have had some injuries to complicate things. Great Manager and we knock the ball about as good as anybody in this league.

I agree. There are positives. Once our expectations as fans become realistic, we will enjoy the matches more.
Whilst mid table Championship is our level, a top 6 finish is not out of the question and this prospect will maintain my enthusiasm this season.

However, I would prefer not to see the walking pace playing out from the back, but have accepted that this in line with the manager’s instructions.

Its very much the norm now Pranders, Lots playing from the back and loads of subs come the 60 minute mark. Very much a squad game these days.
