    Kelly

What does this lad have to do to get a start and a run of games in the side? He's definitely no worse than what we've seen so far. Taylor, being the individual he is, probably won't see it this way. But if he wants to save his job, he needs to tear up his sports science coaching manual, roll the dice , and give the people who pay his wages what they want.

Yes of course that's how they should run a football club they should ask the fans who to pick every week . I wonder why nobody has thought of doing this before

If you're on about the 50+1 rule I think you'll find they don't actually have any say in who they sign or who plays

So come kick off time Tuesday and Matt Taylor has gone with his usual 4-3-3 lump it up to Hugill tactics are you going to be happy with that?

We have not seen this level of stubbornness to try something different since Alan Stubbs was the manager and we all know how well that turned out.

We have seen some positive changes when Matt Taylor has been forced to do them in games due to injuries or it being clear the starting plan isn’t working, only for him to revert to type and go back to what isn’t working when making the next team selection.

Most of the people around me at the match yesterday were grumbling about the team selection and the lack of learning from past mistakes.

I’ll bet Ipswich saved on the expense of sending a scout to our game yesterday because they already know exactly how we are going to set up, we are that predictable.

I see bigger picture more than most on here. Nombe more chance than Kelly of being our saviour. Revan needs to start, Fred doesn't.
